This historical gem was built with love and its reflected in the quality of construction. The beautiful woodworking skills of its makers are apparent in the lofty exposed beams and enormous doors that swing open with ease, at a fingers touch. The varnished oak is in pristine condition with period ornate hardware intact.  The solid layed stone foundation has been repointed on the interior by a former owner whose huge country kitchen was located in the basement. New city water was added 2 years ago with a new water line. All new wiring and plumbing in both apartments with separate boxes ready to be split.
Heat all new with 2 more funaces on premises ready to be installed in unused portions. They could probably be purchased very reasonably from former owner.
Needs cleaning and cosmetic repairs only.  The direction the buyer takes with this, dictates the amount of work required, but you couldn't build a comparable structure for under million. I'm hoping someone treats it with care and doesn't just demolish it for salvage.

It is a very sound structure, AND ITS IN A PRIME LOCATION!  It is located just nine miles east of the city of Oswego and a few miles from three nuclear power plants, Nine Mile 1, Nine Mile 2, and Fitzpatrick.
